El Fondo Europeo de Inversiones, que forma parte del Grupo del Banco Europeo de Inversiones, ha comprometido 30 millones de euros. Otros compromisos con el Fondo incluyen a inversores institucionales, empresas relacionadas con la energ\u00eda, instituciones p\u00fablicas y europeas y family offices.
